Arguably, the blackest time-only watch on the planet, executed in a trademark minimalist style.
H. Moser & Cie. has finally launched a full-featured online sales platform, offering a variety of its new and pre-owned creations. To celebrate this milestone, the brand is introducing several new pieces, including the Venturer Vantablack Black Hands Ref. 2327-0222 – a time-only watch is a super dark execution. Yes, it’s not the first Moser’s Vantablack dial, produced of carbon nanotubes aligned vertically alongside each other and absorbing 99.965% of the light. However, this time it comes with two blackened leaf-shaped hands to make the minimalistic scenery under the curved sapphire crystal even more otherworldly.
Housed in a 39-mm white gold case, the watch has a lot more elements to look at from the reverse side. The hand-wound HMC 327 in-house calibre beats at 18,000 vph and has a 3-day power reserve with a dedicated indication seen through the sapphire crystal caseback. The movement is hand-finished and nicely decorated, counterbalancing the single tone mood of the watch face. The H. Moser & Cie. Venturer Vantablack Black Hands Ref. 2327-0222 is complemented by a black alligator leather strap and is prized at CHF 25’000. The piece is also available in 43-mm XL version.
