There can’t be enough Omega chronographs, right? Especially if you’re a bit tired of all these anniversary Speedmasters and crave for something completely different. Because of the massive stainless steel case measuring 45.5 mm, an orange ceramic bezel ring echoing the accents of the chrono pushers and the 5-stripe nato strap, and almost crazy water resistant rating of 600 meters, the Planet Ocean 600M Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph radiates the strong summer vibe. Lots of orange goes extremely well with a grey ceramised titanium dial following the classical two-eye chronograph layout with small seconds at 9 and chrono minute and hour counter at 3. There’s also a symmetrical date window at 6.

The Planet Ocean 600M Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph is driven by the METAS certified Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9900, an automatic movement with silicon balance spring, two barrels and a solid 60-hour power reserve. It’s partly visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, and like all other Omega Master Chronometers is antimagnetic up to 15,000 gauss. And as you’d expect from a serious diver, almost all its indication is highly legible even in the darkest conditions thanks to the Super-LumiNova.
